End-to-end change impact and change readiness assessments, and use the results to drive engagement activities.

Developing a clear, effective change management programme that aligns to your goals and business readiness. Work with core team on sequencing for communication cascades, message, approach and style for planned communications based on knowledge of internal communications channels.
